Format will be 18 holes, individual stroke play.
Qualifying Spots
The site has been allocated one (1) qualifying position and two (2) alternate positions.
Ties & Playoff
If there is a tie for the last qualifying spot or either of the alternate positions, there will be a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. It is the players' responsibility to keep informed as to the time and status of any playoff.

Practice Rounds
Western Hills Country Club has the following availability for practice rounds:
- If you live within close proximity of Western Hills, contact the club for availability. Times dependent on member play and course availability.
- If you are not in close proximity, practice round times will be available in the afternoon on Wednesday, August 3rd.
Note: Those who live in close proximity should schedule a time and date prior to Wednesday, August 3rd so there is availability to those who live outside of town.
The cost for a practice round is $60 weekdays/$70 weekends + cart fee. Players must play only from the tee markers, and must play one ball. Please call ahead to reserve a practice round.
Automotive Transportation/Caddies
Caddies are not available; players may provide their own caddie. Players must walk at all times during the round unless authorized or later approved by the Rules Committee.
Caddies will have the option to use carts to transport a player's clubs. They are subject to the rental fee charged by the Host Facility. Carts for caddies are limited to two per group.
Golf Carts are not available for spectators. Players may use their own push/pull carts.
Time of Starting
Report to the tee no less than 5 minutes before your assigned starting time.
Conforming Golf Balls/Conforming Driver Heads/One-Ball Rule/Clubs: Grooves
Only brands of balls on the most current USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls and driver heads on the most current USGA List of Conforming Driver Heads may be used. The "One-Ball Rule" & the Grooves & Punch Mark Specifications, Local Rules prescribed in Section 8 of Committee Procedures, will be in effect.
Distance Measuring Devices
Distance measuring devices are permitted during this competition.
